You’ll transform a back-office/agent-config tool into a single, loved product and set the bar for design across the stack. This role is foundational, shaping a category in a $300B+ market and guiding a fast-growing startup.

You will prototype with AI, ship real interfaces, and own outcomes from day one. A strong emphasis on desktop web UX for B2B and a passion for high-quality design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system and overall product look and feel
• Turn a stack of tools into a single cohesive product used by operators
• Create simple, scalable UX for configuring agents and monitoring calls
• Design a self-service product enabling customers to run their own agents
• Build working AI-powered prototypes wired to live data and iterate quickly
• Investigate problems deeply to craft elegant design solutions
