Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in regulatory compliance within fintech, crypto, or traditional financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FSRA rulebooks GEN, COBS, MIR and related guidance.
• Proven track record engaging regulators on product compliance and approvals.
• Ability to conduct rulebook gap analysis and risk assessments with clear proposals.
• Strong advisory skills to provide practical, business-oriented guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new products, features, and initiatives for FSRA compliance.
• Serve as regulatory liaison for product submissions, queries and approvals.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and operational testing for new instruments.
• Develop product compliance plans with cross-functional teams.
• Draft, update and maintain internal compliance policies and monitoring controls.
• Provide staff training and support to ensure adherence to plans.
• Assist with internal compliance audits.
