Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a procurement-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, subcontract management and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations and complex procurement activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process subcontract enquiries to ensure subcontract packages are procured efficiently.
• Prepare subcontract invitations to tender in line with internal procurement policies.
• Review and manage pre‑qualification of new subcontractors prior to engagement.
• Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations to maintain service quality.
• Develop, maintain and update supplier databases for accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Monitor procurement activities to guarantee service quality and environmental compliance.
