Qualifications

• Minimum 3–10 years of procurement experience in construction
• At least 3 years as Procurement Engineer in UAE contracting company
• Ability to evaluate subcontractor quotations and LOI/subcontract agreements
• Strong in negotiating prices and monitoring cost effects of variations

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize supplier/sub-contractor procurement for company projects
• Direct and manage procurement lifecycle from inception to end
• Review performance of approved subs and recommend status decisions
• Coordinate with site team and Planning Engineer to prepare procurement logs
• Issue LOI and subcontract agreements in line with contract documents
