Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is looking for an experienced Procurement Lead – Infrastructure, Mining & Oil & Gas (Hindi Speaker) to support major projects across Africa from Dubai. This commercially driven professional will manage procurement and sourcing activities across complex environments with an established supplier network.

The role involves developing procurement strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for infrastructure, mining and oil & gas projects across Africa.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with budgets, timelines and objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally; manage RFQs, RFPs and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and risk.
• Maintain supplier relationships and oversee contract documentation and performance.
