• Analyze procurement workflows and recommend process optimization to improve efficiency and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards throughout the procurement cycle.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and critical path issues, and implement corrective actions.
