You will work with engineering teams, vendors, and project schedules to ensure ASME and API standards, effective contracts, and continuous cost improvements, leveraging 8+ years of Oil & Gas procurement experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement within Oil & Gas.
• Sourcing heavy mechanical equipment, valves, and piping materials.
• Strong negotiation with proven contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of ASME and API.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, technical assessment, and commercial acquisition of heavy mechanical equipment, valves, and piping materials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align procurement activities with project requirements.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ASME and API standards.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Monitor and report procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
