Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company in Abu Dhabi seeks a Procurement Specialist with 5–10 years in Oil & Gas/EPC procurement. You will manage ERP-based procurement for electrical/instrumentation materials, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms to save costs and ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with QA/QC, logistics, and site teams to verify supplier documentation, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with ADNOC and major EPC project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–10 years procurement experience in Oil & Gas / EPC.
• Experience with ADNOC, Aramco or major Oil & Gas projects preferred.
• Knowledge of local and international supplier networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP-based procurement operations for electrical and instrumentation materials and services for oil & gas projects.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, logistics, stores and site teams to verify material receipts and delivery schedules.
• Monitor procurement costs against project budgets and maintain procurement registers and documentation.
