Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical project planning in oil and gas.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and scheduling problem-solving skills.
• Effective cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Plan and coordinate mechanical installation activities and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
