Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Procurement Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end procurement, contracts, logistics, customs clearance, and material management to support operations and plant maintenance. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will develop procurement strategies, drive supplier performance, oversee negotiations, and ensure governance compliance across spend categories.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field with 7–10 years of experience and ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle);

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 7–10 years of procurement, contracts, logistics, and SCM experience expected.
• Experience in Power Generation, Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve procurement policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate and administer contracts for plants, services, and infrastructure.
• Oversee supplier performance reviews, negotiations, and compliance with governance.
