Job summary

ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Shift Supervisor to operate and control Process Plants and Storage & Export on a rotating shift, ensuring production targets are met and the plants run safely, efficiently and economically.

You will supervise plant start-ups and commissioning, manage log books and records, coordinate with labs for testing samples, and ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering
• 5 years of experience, including at least revenues/budget, direct reports and indirect reports as per organization chart

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation of Process Plants and Storage & Export on assigned shift to meet Production targets and ensure safe, efficient and economical operations.
• Liaises with Laboratory Technician for testing of product and export samples to ensure Quality Control.
• Keeps record of chemicals and consumables used for process and monitors stocks to safe levels.
