Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process plant or production operations within oil and gas.
• Proven experience supervising plant operations, storage, and export facilities.
• Strong understanding of process safety and production optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise process plant and storage operations to meet oil production targets.
• Coordinate crude oil export and production metering activities.
• Review and implement operating and commissioning procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of crude oil processing, storage, and export systems

Ability to supervise teams and manage shift‑based operations

Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination skills

High awareness of HSE requirements and emergency response duties

Education

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
