Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Shift Supervisor - Production Operations to oversee process plants, storage facilities, and crude oil export operations on assigned shifts. You will drive production and gas supply targets while upholding safety, reliability, and operating efficiency across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience in production or oil and gas operations, with proven ability to supervise

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant oil and gas operations experience.
• Experience supervising process plant activities, with emphasis on safety and reliability.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance, manage shipping, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise process plant, storage, and export activities during shifts.
• Coordinate crude oil receipt, storage, and export operations.
• Verify crude oil production and export meters with regulatory representatives.
• Ensure shipping programs are on schedule and storage/export systems are available.
• Supervise tank commissioning/decommissioning and associated maintenance.
• Prepare and implement operating and commissioning procedures.
