Job summary

ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi seeks a Plant Operator to operate, monitor and control assigned units, ensuring product quality and process safety. You will work with control panels, perform routine equipment checks, and support maintenance and shift handovers.

The role requires 6 years of experience in large industrial plants within oil and gas, with strong HSE compliance and teamwork in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more qualifications in mechanical, chemical or process fields.
• Proven ability to operate and monitor plant equipment safely.
• Familiarity with SOPs and maintenance handover procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and control assigned plant units safely and efficiently.
• Log incidents and discuss with Supervisor for continuous operations.
• Carry out routine checks and prepare equipment for maintenance.
• Manage control settings during start-ups, shutdowns and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety procedures.
