Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Major Projects in Abu Dhabi. The role spans from concept through commissioning, ensuring process design aligns with safety, production targets and project objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in process engineering within oil and gas and a track record of managing interfaces between live plants and new major works, including PFDs, PIDs and control philosophies. Strong collaboration with site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with practical experience in process engineering within oil and gas production or major projects.
• Experience reviewing PFDs, PIDs, utility diagrams and operating philosophies.
• Strong ability to manage interfaces between new works and live plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering involvement in major works from initiation to closeout.
• Provide operational input to define project scope and deliverables.
• Review facility layouts, operating philosophies and control schemes from a process perspective.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for detailed engineering activities.
• Identify and resolve design or execution issues affecting safety and production.
