Worley invites a Specialist Process Engineer to drive technical assurance and compliance for a major oil & gas project in the UAE. You will verify process design integrity, monitor contractor deliverables, and coordinate with licensors and vendors to meet schedule and budget.

Qualified candidates bring extensive GCC experience, a strong engineering background, and proven leadership in multi-discipline teams working under stringent HSE and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience in GCC.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical integrity and compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor contractor process deliverables for quality, time and cost.
• Lead process reviews and interface with licensors and vendors.
• Manage change control and risk analysis across the project.
• Provide direction to the IPMT process engineering team.
