Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead major oil and gas projects from concept through detailed design. You will develop PFDs/P&IDs, perform technical analyses, and ensure compliance with international codes and standards.

This role requires extensive asset integrity experience and a proven track record on large-scale projects. The successful candidate will contribute to engineering deliverables, mentor junior engineers, and work within multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in process engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• 8 years in the field of Process Engineering; asset integrity project experience is mandatory.

Penspen www.penspen.com are currently looking for Senior Process Engineer in Abu dhabi location in UAE.

Main Purpose of Role:

Core Engineering Role to produce the volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required.

Qualifications:

• MinimumBachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

Essential

• 12 years of experience; 8 years of them within the field of Process Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Asset Integrity project experience is mandatory

Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific):

• Knowledge of basic engineering processes
• Familiarity with international codes, standards and engineering practices (Saudi Aramco standards exposure is advantageous)
• Must be familiar with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design
• Technical analysis of engineering problems
• Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Hysys Simulation and H&MB development
• Must have a ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards
