Qualifications

• Degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a senior Process Engineering position.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in GCC.
• Experience with EPC/Engineering/PMC companies in UAE.
• Strong process engineering design and technical review capability.
• Strong capability in management of engineering changes and optimization.
• Strong understanding of constructability and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Strong technical coordination skills and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Strong technical communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong task management and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior process engineering expertise for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects.
• Review FEED and other deliverables for technical quality and compliance.
• Support process design activities and technical studies.
• Coordinate deliverables with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure effective engineering alignment, interfaces, reviews and coordination throughout the project phase.
• Manage engineering changes and optimization activities.
• Perform constructability assessments and timely issue resolution.
• Provide technical coordination for multidisciplinary interfaces.
