Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in the engineering design and development of onshore oil and gas facilities. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience, with deep knowledge of FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design phases, and ADNOC project familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering for onshore oil and gas projects.
• Experience with FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design.
• ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
• Masters degree or postgraduate cert in structural/geotechnical engineering is advantageous.
• Proficiency in design software and compliance with international codes and ADNOC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design during FEED and Detailed Engineering for onshore projects.
• Prepare and review design reports, drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil/structural works.
• Coordinate with piping, mechanical, and electrical disciplines for technical alignment.
• Ensure designs comply with project specs, industry standards, and ADNOC rules.
• Support planning, cost estimation, and participate in design reviews and client presentations.
• Review and resolve technical queries from contractors, vendors, and other departments.
• Support site teams during early construction planning and pre-construction activities.
