Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to provide senior engineering support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the UAE. You will review FEED deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and ensure technical quality and schedule adherence across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong engineering coordination, constructability input, and collaboration with consultants, contractors and vendors to support procurement,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the GCC.
• Experience with reputable EPC/Engineering/PMC firms in the UAE.
• EPC construction-phase exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior electrical and instrumentation engineering support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects.
• Review FEED and other deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across the Project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities with consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Support construction readiness and execution requirements.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality, documentation, schedule and compliance.
• Manage engineering changes and optimization activities.
• Perform constructability assessments and provide input.
• Coordinate alignment, reviews and technical interfaces throughout the lifecycle.
