Job summary

Duncan & Ross in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to provide senior engineering support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects, with a focus on FEED deliverables review, coordination, procurement support and construction readiness.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Instrumentation, with 7+ years in a senior E&I role and hands-on experience with EPC/PMC companies in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior Electrical & Instrumentation role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the GCC.
• Experience with EPC/Engineering/PMC companies in the UAE.
• Strong coordination and multidisciplinary interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior electrical and instrumentation engineering support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects.
• Review FEED and other deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement activities with consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Support construction readiness and execution requirements.
• Manage engineering changes and optimization activities.
• Coordinate engineering alignment, reviews and technical interfaces.
• Perform constructability assessments and provide input.
• Report on engineering issues and ensure timely resolutions.
