ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a Production Process Engineer to manage and control all process-disciplines from concept to execution. This role will ensure safe delivery of projects by integrating operational experience and reviewing engineering packages.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience in process engineering, particularly in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in production process engineering or related roles within industrial or oil and gas environments.
• Strong understanding of process engineering design, major works execution, commissioning, and operational integration.
• Skilled in reviewing engineering packages, performing calculations, and developing process documentation.
• Capable of troubleshooting, resolving site execution issues, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, site safety, and project execution practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead major works from initiation to closeout, ensuring operational experience is reflected in scope development, execution planning, and project deliverables.
• Review layouts, control schemes, O&M studies, plot plans, and 3D models.
• Resolve technical and execution conflicts between major works and site operations.
• Manage and control site execution related to production and process discipline to ensure safe operations.
• Identify and recommend solutions for interface issues between new major works and existing plant systems.
