Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading multidisciplinary engineering on oil and gas developments.
• Proven involvement in FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, construction, commissioning, start-up and handover.
• Strong grasp of ADNOC Value Assurance Process and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering across ASSESS, SELECT, DEFINE and EXECUTE phases.
• Set technical objectives aligned with project and business needs.
• Coordinate engineering activities with ADNOC strategies and priorities.
• Develop and review requirements, strategies, and execution plans.
• Support tender preparation for engineering and EPC services.
• Participate in technical evaluation of consultants, PMCs, licensors and contractors.
• Review contractor specs, methods, and submissions.
• Direct engineers during design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Produce dashboards and decision-ready updates for governance bodies.
