Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading. You will design flows, build interactive prototypes, and own product decisions from problem framing to measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure the experience is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with crypto context and user needs.

Qualifications

• Has designed and shipped consumer social experiences and can articulate impact on feeds, profiles, sharing, discovery and communities.
• Demonstrates strong interaction design craft and can explain flow structure, focal points, and necessary steps.
• Can build realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, code, or AI tools to communicate behavior.
• Provides evidence-based design through user research and data.
• Can own product outcomes, prioritize problems, define success, and interpret funnel data.
• Understands social finance contexts and how credibility, incentives, and visibility affect sharing.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end social journeys including discovery, following, sharing, and engagement flows.
• Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, and feedback across the experience.
• Prototype ideas as interactive flows for testing and handover to engineering.
• Work with researchers, product managers, and engineers to validate decisions with data.
• Monitor usability and identify pain points to improve adoption and retention.
• Align design decisions with measurable outcomes and test hypotheses through experiments.
