Job summary

Travel Corners (PVT) LTD is seeking a Senior Private Equity Valuation Specialist to lead and support valuations of private equity investments and related assets. The role emphasizes applying robust valuation methodologies, reviewing financial models, and preparing independent analyses for governance and investment committees.

The candidate should have extensive experience in private markets, strong financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex judgments to stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Significant private equity valuation experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced financial modeling and cash flow analysis skills.
• Familiarity with IFRS 13 and IPEV guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation analyses for private equity investments and illiquid assets.
• Apply DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction methodologies.
• Review financial projections, budgets, and management forecasts.
• Prepare valuation reports, memoranda, and supporting calculations.
• Explain valuation assumptions and methods to senior stakeholders.
