Responsibilities

• Provides discipline team supervision on projects, directing execution activities and deliverable creation.
• Ensures safe, sustainable engineering quality, cost, and schedule delivery of all work by the discipline.
• Owns management of project change and progress for the discipline; coordinates with the Project Management Team.
• Mentors, trains, and supports the delivery of training and team development.
• Supports business development and proposal content, including discipline execution strategy and costing.
