Job summary

NAFFCO Group is seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications lead to shape and drive annual PR, media relations, and social media plans from Dubai. You will collaborate with management to set strategy, calendars, budgets and KPIs, and oversee crisis communication readiness.

You will craft compelling press materials, manage paid campaigns, and report on performance across global channels to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of PR, corporate communications and social media experience.
• Experience developing annual PR and social media plans.
• Practical experience managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Proven media relations and press release experience.
• Strong writing, editing and project management skills.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and paid advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual PR and corporate communications strategy.
• Prepare yearly communication calendars covering announcements, launches and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and international media.
• Prepare press releases, media statements, interviews and feature articles.
• Develop and manage the annual social media strategy and content calendar.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube.
• Establish KPIs and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
• Support crisis communication planning in coordination with management.
