Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi invites a senior electrical engineer to join its defense-focused team. You will design, simulate, and validate power conversion devices for automotive applications, translating customer requirements into robust specifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to IPC/MIL-STD standards. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics and 7–10 years of experience are required; defense exposure is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electric, Electronics, Software Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Seven to Ten years of experience.
• Previous experience in Defense Industry is an advantage.
• English communication proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Contribute to the design, development, and validation of electrical systems.
• Support cross-functional collaboration for system integration and compliance.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
