Job summary

Per Brick, Abu Dhabi-based investment firm, seeks a senior portfolio manager to drive performance across ports and logistics, overseeing monitoring, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

You will act as a senior liaison to platform C-suite leaders, support deal execution and due diligence, and present actionable insights to investment committees. Collaboration with the Head of Investments and Capital Allocation is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on exposure to portfolio management and asset performance improvement.
• Significant private equity investment experience with principal-level involvement.
• Experience in ports and logistics.
• Credibility in deal processes, due diligence, and closing.
• Exposure to Middle East and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for ports and logistics.
• Own portfolio performance oversight - monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies.
• Act as a trusted, senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership, building relationships to support priorities.
• Support deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments as needed.
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant investment/executive committees.
• Partner with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation, and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companies.
