Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Portfolio Planning & Performance Leader to drive cross-project planning across the D-Sell development portfolio and ensure governance and reporting excellence.

You will lead a team, partner with Design, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial and Finance, and deliver executive dashboards, manage risks, and enable timely delivery of Aldar's development pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated portfolio programmes across all D-Sell projects.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, programme health, schedule performance and KPIs.
• Produce executive portfolio dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify strategic delivery risks, elevate issues and recommend mitigations.
• Coordinate planning activities across Design, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio planning processes, methodologies and governance.
• Lead and develop the portfolio planning function and team capability.
