Job summary

Per Brick, a leading global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a senior portfolio manager to lead and oversee portfolio management activities for industrials and related assets.

You will act as a senior partner to platform company C-suite leadership, driving performance improvements and collaborating with internal teams on deal execution, due diligence, and co-investment activities. This role requires strong investor-like thinking and a track record in private equity.

Qualifications

• Significant private equity investment experience, ideally as principal.
• Demonstrated exposure to industrials sector investments.
• Ability to lead and influence at senior levels across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for industrials.
• Own portfolio performance oversight—monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies.
• Act as a senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership, building strong relationships.
• Support deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments as needed.
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
