Job summary

PER is seeking a senior portfolio management professional to lead and oversee industrials portfolio performance from our Abu Dhabi base. The role acts as a trusted advisor to platform company C-suite leadership, driving operational and financial improvements and aligning with strategic priorities.

You will support deal execution and M&A activities, contribute to due diligence, structuring, and closing efforts, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and investment

Qualifications

• Blend of investment and operational background.
• Direct exposure to portfolio management and asset performance.
• Credibility in deal processes including due diligence and closing.
• Exposure to Middle East and global markets is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for industrials
• Own portfolio performance oversight - monitoring, reporting, and driving improvement across platform companies' operational and financial performance
• Act as a trusted senior point of contact for platform company C-suite leadership
• Support deal execution and M&A teams on due diligence, structuring, and closing of transactions and co-investments
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and investment/executive committees
• Partner with Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation, and other internal stakeholders across portfolio companies
