Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager – Product Life Cycle to drive digital transformation and PLM governance across the enterprise in Dubai. The role leads platform integration, process standardisation and portfolio management initiatives aligned with business goals.

The candidate will oversee PLM-ERP/BIM/PMIS integrations, manage budgets, and report on governance metrics while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance requirements are met.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager – Product Life Cycle to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), technology integration and portfolio governance initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital lifecycle strategies, integrating enterprise platforms and driving operational efficiency through innovation, automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year digital PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee enterprise PLM platform implementation, integration and optimisation.
• Integrate PLM solutions with ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS platforms.
• Standardise lifecycle processes covering design, procurement, construction, handover, operations and retirement.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide technology adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards and executive reporting.
• Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, programme budgets and delivery performance.
• Drive automation, data governance, quality improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience implementing PLM or enterprise lifecycle management solutions within large organisations.
• Strong expertise in integrating PLM with ERP, BIM and project management systems.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, organisational change management and process governance.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and communication skills.

Technical Expertise

• PLM platforms such as SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill or Aras.
• ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS integration.
• Enterprise architecture, APIs and data governance.
• Project and portfolio management.
• Digital transformation, workflow automation and process optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications
