TMC Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager – Product Life Cycle to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, PLM, technology integration and portfolio governance initiatives. The role focuses on developing digital lifecycle strategies and driving operational efficiency through automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

Develop and lead a multi-year digital PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Oversee enterprise PLM platform implementation, integration and optimisation.
Integrate PLM solutions with ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS platforms.
Standardise lifecycle processes covering design, procurement, construction, handover, operations and retirement.
Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide technology adoption.
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards and executive reporting.
