TMC Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager – Product Life Cycle to drive digital transformation and PLM governance across the enterprise in Dubai. The role leads platform integration, process standardisation and portfolio management initiatives aligned with business goals.

The candidate will oversee PLM-ERP/BIM/PMIS integrations, manage budgets, and report on governance metrics while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading PLM or lifecycle management initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change governance capabilities.
• Strong leadership and strategic communication skills.

• Develop and lead multi-year digital PLM strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee PLM platform implementation, integration and optimization.
• Integrate PLM with ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS.
• Standardise lifecycle processes across design to retirement.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and dashboards.
• Manage vendors, budgets and delivery performance.
• Drive automation, data governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and compliance.
