MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To lead the IT PMO and oversee the IT portfolio across planning, budgeting, governance, delivery and performance, ensuring technology investments are strategically aligned, effectively prioritized and successfully delivered, while maintaining portfolio health, resource optimization, investment governance and executive visibility to maximize business value from IT investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports annual IT planning, demand consolidation, portfolio prioritization, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and investment allocation recommendations.
- Establishes PMO standards, governance and delivery methodologies, ensuring projects are managed against approved scope, budget, timelines and outcomes.
- Maintains clear visibility of portfolio health, including delivery, financials, risks, dependencies and key constraints, driving timely intervention and escalation.
- Reviews business cases, investment prioritization and CAPEX approval submissions, ensuring strategic alignment, financial justification and value.
- Oversees resource demand, capacity and allocation across projects and IT Lines of Business, optimizing internal and external resources against portfolio priorities.
- Governs the IT Change Request (CR) portfolio, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritized, resourced, funded and tracked through delivery.
- Supports IT Vendor Management function in collaboration with Procurement, overseeing vendor performance, commercial management, contracts and renewals, and external resource requirements across the project lifecycle.
- Oversees portfolio-level risks, issues and cross-project dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation, resolution and escalation.
- Reviews portfolio performance and benefits to drive reprioritisation, resource or funding reallocation, re-scoping or closure where required.
- Provides senior leadership with concise portfolio insights, forward-looking risks and recommendations to support timely decision making.
- Enhances PMO processes, tools and capabilities, leveraging data, automation and emerging technologies to improve governance, efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Specialization in IT or Engineering.MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in managing large IT portfolio projects.Experience in developing strategic partnerships.Experience in workforce planning and management for large IT organization.
- Years with qualifications: 10 - 12 years
- PMI / ITIL certification.SIX Sigma accreditation an advantage.

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
