• 10+ years of experience in project or program management including 10+ years in PMO roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Governance & PMO function: define standards, methodologies and tools for consistent project delivery.
• Strategic Alignment: ensure all projects contribute to business goals and customer success.
• Portfolio Management: prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, track performance.
• Budget & Benefits: finalize yearly portfolios and report benefits achieved.
• Leadership & Mentoring: coach project managers and foster collaboration.
• Governance & Reporting: provide dashboards, KPI tracking and risk assessments for executives.
