Job summary

Network International is seeking a PMO/Program Manager to oversee the planning, governance, and delivery of strategic initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and related support functions in the UAE. You will drive end-to-end program execution, manage budgets, risks, and key metrics while coordinating with business, technology, risk, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation.
• Familiarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.
• Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation models.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare governance materials including steering committee presentations, project status reports, dashboards and executive updates
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Track program budgets, benefits realization, and key performance indicators against approved business cases.
• Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation readiness
• Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct project reviews and pos-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure projects comply with internal governance requirements, regulatory expectations, and organizational policies

Job Description

Support the planning, execution and governance strategic initiatives across the Operations function. Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models


• Experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation


• Familiarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.


• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage
