Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Electrical Construction Engineer in Abu Dhabi to oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence for ADNOC projects.

You will monitor EPC contractor execution, manage interfaces across engineering, procurement, commissioning teams, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and ITPs. A strong background in oil & gas EPC/EPCM and CICPA/UAE visa eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of oil & gas project experience.
• At least 3 years in a similar position.
• At least 5 years in a PMC role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities by EPC/EPCM contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specs, and ITPs.
• Interface with QA/QC and contracts teams for variations and NCRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning and operations teams.
