Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC Electrical Engineering Specialist for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based at the client office in Abu Dhabi, with travel to Spain, supporting electrical design across projects.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, ensure compliance with codes and ADNOC standards, and coordinate with EPC contractors to deliver timely, quality electrical design deliverables and reviews.

Qualifications

• Provide technical expertise in electrical design.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and handle electrical design with EPC contractors as per project expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with other discipline engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technicalexpertise in all Electricaldesign.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOCstandards.
• Coordinate,Monitorand handleElectricaldesign and engineering with EPCContractoras per project expectation and complete the same within thetime frame.
• Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPCContractor, ADNOC Engineering/Operation/Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality DisciplineEngineering execution and integrity etc.
• Perform regular andtimelytechnical reviews ofElectricalEngineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
