WOODplc is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager to lead onshore/offshore civil works, offshore transportation and installation, and brownfield modifications for a high-profile project in the UAE. You will directly manage construction leaders and ensure execution aligns with ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan and detailed schedule coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Estimate costs accurately, control the budget and propose cost-effective alternatives.
• Ensure construction work meets required standards and specifications.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance.
• Regularly report project progress to stakeholders, including issues and delays.
• Facilitate clear communication among all parties to keep everyone aligned.
