Job summary

The Impact Pro is supporting a leading contracting company in Dubai with an urgent opening for a Project Manager in high-rise and complex developments. The role requires senior civil/contracting experience to manage budgets, schedules and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong cost control, procurement and quality management capabilities, and proven leadership for diverse teams; ISO and OHSAS familiarity is

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–12+ years of civil or commercial construction-management experience
• Several years of experience as a Site Construction Manager
• Strong project exposure to high-rise offices, hotels, resorts, shopping complexes or comparable developments
• Proven domestic and international project-management exposure
• Strong knowledge of project costing, bid preparation, tendering and contract awards
• Strong command of scheduling, procurement, financial management and quality control
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication capabilities
• Familiarity with ISO and OHSAS standards
• Professional engineering certification from a recognized jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will manage project budgets, schedules and deliverables while overseeing multidisciplinary teams, contractors and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with approved cost, quality, schedule and safety standards.
