Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a senior program manager to own end-to-end regional digitalization programs across the Middle East. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, software, and cybersecurity to translate customer objectives into outcomes and manage scope, budget, and risk.

You will drive governance, revenue forecasting, and stakeholder communications, partnering with sales and product teams to meet commitments and develop talent within the PM organization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of program management or digital transformation experience.
• Experience managing complex programs in the Middle East region.
• Strong understanding of industrial software, data platforms, and cloud-enabled solutions.
• Experience with revenue, margin, and resource planning.
• English fluency; Arabic capability desirable; familiar with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of regional digitalization programs, including scope, budget, and risk.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance and steering committees.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and cybersecurity.
• Drive predictable execution across multiple countries and customer sites.
• Translate customer business objectives into digital program outcomes.
• Support revenue forecasting, billing milestones, and financial reviews.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to technology integration and cybersecurity.
• Serve as the first level of management escalation for strategic customers.
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure digital solutions meet commitments.
• Build, coach, and develop project and program management talent.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future delivery performance.
