Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to provide high-quality reconstructive and aesthetic care in the UAE, aligned with local standards and approved clinical privileges.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, performing procedures, pre/post-operative care, and developing individualized plans while ensuring safety, documentation, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MBChB or equivalent.
• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an applicable recognized qualification.
• Eligible for UAE Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgery licence.
• Strong surgical, communication and patient-management skills.
• Current Good Standing Certificate and credentialing documents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved scope of practice and clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with patients.
• Manage post-operative care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-safety activities.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional competence.
