Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The role focuses on advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgery within a collaborative team and modern facilities.

Ideal candidates hold recognised qualifications such as ABPS, UK FRCS, European Board or Arab Board, with international training and a commitment to patient-centred care. UAE licensing and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Consultant Plastic Surgeon with recognised specialist qualifications.
• Experience in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and in UAE healthcare settings.
• Licensing eligibility for UAE medical practice and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients needing aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast and soft-tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures with informed consent and counselling.
• Manage perioperative planning, complications, wound care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, and maxillofacial teams.
• Maintain clinical photography, documentation, confidentiality and governance.
• Support service development and quality improvement initiatives.
