Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience with heritage/hotels/master planning/museum/cultural projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the region.
• Arabic speaking and writing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and control of integrated master schedules for residential developments and related works.
• Establish project baselines across design, procurement, construction, testing, handover and close-out.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and recommend mitigation and recovery measures.
• Review contractor/consultant programmes for compliance with objectives and contracts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, KPIs and executive updates.
• Implement project controls including progress measurement, forecasting, EVM and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to align milestones.
• Support EOT evaluations, schedule impact assessments and change control.
• Develop planning procedures, reporting tools and governance frameworks.
• Lead and mentor planning teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor design approvals, procurement and permits to ensure timely delivery.
