Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress data and update schedules.
• Monitor critical paths and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans to prevent schedule delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review.
• Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and project timelines to support project planning decisions.
• Participate in project planning meetings and support tender planning submissions when required.
• Monitor subcontractors' planning and progress to align with overall project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, construction sequencing, and key deliverables.
