Job summary

MIRAL.LLC in Dubai seeks an exceptional Lead Planning Engineer to shape planning strategy for large-scale residential and luxury real estate developments. You will own schedules from pre-construction through handover, drive schedule performance, manage risks, and report to senior leadership, collaborating with project directors and engineers.

You will mentor planning teams and contribute to continuous improvement of planning methodologies while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling strategy across major construction projects.
• Oversee development and management of comprehensive project schedules from pre-construction through handover.
• Establish and manage baseline programmes, integrated master schedules, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Drive critical path analysis, scenario planning, and schedule risk assessments.
• Monitor project performance against baselines and report progress to senior management.
• Present executive-level progress reports and planning dashboards.
