Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Planning Engineer to perform planning, scheduling and project control on major infrastructure projects in Dubai, including upgrading drainage and pumping stations.

You will develop master schedules, analyze progress, conduct delay analysis, prepare reports, and coordinate with contractors and clients. The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience with pumping stations, sewerage and Gulf-region projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate baseline schedules and contractor plans.
• Develop master schedules integrating multiple packages.
• Perform delay analysis using time impact/window methods.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with contractors and client representatives.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Issue delay notices and track corrective actions.
