Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for relevant infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience across community development infrastructure, utilities, roads, landscape, structures, or similar civil works.
• Gulf region experience preferred, especially on large infrastructure or mixed-package development projects.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules and convey Engineer consent in accordance with contract conditions.
• Develop and maintain a master schedule that integrates multiple infrastructure packages.
• Evaluate updated schedules, progress schedules, and contractor planning submissions for accuracy.
